The french drain system was installed on a bed of clean stone, ensuring it would not clog due to mud or other debris. This approach provided a reliable means of capturing and redirecting water away from the basement, mitigating the leakage issue. Next, our crew installed the SuperSump Plus sump pump system. Then, they placed a special drain pipe within the trench and covered it with gravel to ensure proper drainage of the water away from the basement. A helical pier owes its name to the helical plates welded to the pier shaft. These plates help to pull the pier into the soil during installation and provide anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation or structural element is transferred to the pier.

Once the PolyLevel was cured, it was ready to be used within 15 minutes, allowing our crew to seal the cracks with the climate and UV-resistant NexusPro sealant along the concrete cracks and joints alike.
