Aisha O

Aisha joined the HomeSpec team in 2023 as a customer service representative and grew into the role of Office Manager in May 2024. She has had multiple customer-facing roles since the age of seventeen. She also has several years of experience in administrative work from positions as an office coordinator. Aisha’s responsibilities include addressing incoming work orders from property management companies, coordinating with project managers to keep client accounts updated, communicating with clients to make sure they are fully satisfied with the work, and scheduling service and maintenance appointments for HomeSpec’s existing customers.

Her favorite product is the crawl space CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier because it finishes as a smooth, functional area for the homeowner. Aisha loves that HomeSpec does honest work to help as many people as possible, and appreciates the genuine attitudes of those within the company. When Aisha is not helping the team and our clients, she enjoys spending time outside hiking and camping as well as reading.
