Jermaine P

Jermaine is a service technician who has worked with HomeSpec for three years now. Before joining the HomeSpec team, he had nearly 30 years of sales experience that provided him with excellent interpersonal skills. He also has a chauffeur license which helped him transport the HomeSpec production team when not working solo. 

One of Jermaine’s primary responsibilities is fixing cracks and rod holes often found in foundation walls. Another common task is investigating and locating where water is entering the home. His favorite element of the job is that he finds it fun! He enjoys learning new things like how problems occur and their solutions. When Jermaine is not helping homeowners, he enjoys relaxing and exploring new restaurants.
