Candy joined HomeSpec in the summer of 2024 and brought years of customer service experience with her to the call center. She genuinely enjoys helping people and employs the principle of being kind. These qualities assist her in being an efficient recipient of information and getting worried customers the help they need.

One of her favorite elements of working with HomeSpec is that they are a family-owned company that treats their employees and customers like members of that same family. She believes the honest approach of caring about people, their homes, and providing affordable solutions to their problems makes working at HomeSpec a joy to be part of.

Candy also appreciates coming to work every day knowing that her team does its best to provide great customer service. Her favorite HomeSpec product is the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier as she is an advocate for clean air. When she is not in the office, Candy loves to spend time with her friends and family, including her pup!
