Before entering the home repair field, Darryl acquired a great deal of experience in customer service thanks to 10 years working in retail. He first joined the team as a crew member in 2022, climbed the ranks to apprentice foreman, and now to service manager. His range of expertise includes an A.A.S with a focus in heating, ventilation, and cooling from WCCCD and an EPA 608 certification. Within HomeSpec, Darryl regularly helps customers resolve their problems. When needed, he also returns to the field to help the service technician team.
Darryl appreciates that every day provides new challenges to overcome. While some days may seem similar, no two situations are the same and require individualized solutions. Out of all the products HomeSpec offers, he believes the Aspen Air Purifier is a jewel among them. He was impressed to see how effective it was in his own home when it helped his family with respiratory problems. When Darryl is not helping homeowners, he enjoys a variety of hobbies at home. He finds painting miniatures relaxing and recently developed an interest in using a HAM radio.
