Photo Album: Holly, MI Homeowner Uses PolyLevel to Level Sidewalk and Stairs
A homeowner in Holly, MI decided it was time to address the lack of balance in their life. Specifically, the uneven sidewalk and stairs in front of their home. These uneven slabs posed as tripping hazards and eye sores. The homeowner reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair about a free estimate for these repairs.
HomeSpec sent one of their project managers to inspect the severity of the sinking concrete. They took measurements and then went to speak with the homeowner about a repair plan. The project manager explained that the best way to repair the sidewalk and stairs would be to use PolyLevel® Injection Foam. After drilling through the concrete slabs, this special material would be injected underneath to lift the slabs back into a level position. The homeowner agreed to this plan and was happy to see it come to life thanks to the hardworking crew.

Uneven Steps: The Lower Side
This side of the steps shows how steeply they have sunken into the ground. There is about 2 inches of difference between this side of the steps and the other.
Uneven Steps: The Higher Side
This side of the stairs is relatively similar to what one would expect when approaching a staircase. Unfortunately, they are sloping at the other end which means a steeper step for the residents and visitors.
