What made you choose our company:

I chose you because of Chuck, who estimated my project, seemed to have integrity, and didn't try to pressure me to move forward that day. He was also very focused on quality, reputation, and values. These things matter to me. HomeSpec was slightly more expensive than FSM, and the solutions estimated nearly identical, but I just felt better spending this much money a company Chuck was representing. During install, my water main was hit which delayed my project and caused some issues, but I never felt the team wasn't professional or didn't know what they were doing. The team doing the work worked hard and all day long. I'm comfortable with my decision to have had this work done with HomeSpec.
