Travis came to the house on time. Explained the work he would be performing, and the approximate time it would take. He was very courteous, and respectful, and he showed to be very proud of his job. His professionalism really showed during the time he was at my house. Thanks Travis for a job well done, and for taking the time in answering every question I asked on the project, in a very professional and polite way.
Travis made sure that area he had been working was cleaned up after the installation.
What made you choose our company:
It was Bobby who realized that the appointment that had been scheduled was too far into the future. Almost 2 months. He called me, apologized for the misunderstanding, and after explaining what they were going to do, why they choose the kind of pump they install, and giving me the price, I decided right during the call that I wanted to go with this company. Other companies also called, but they were too backed up or were not very convincing over the phone. I am glad I spoke with Bobby, who really answered all my questions, even told me pros and cons of going with a different pump. Thanks Bobby
