Chuck - project mgr called on first day to advise of arrival of crew. And when to expect crew on 2nd day. Courteous and professional.
Noah was Representative that came to house to assess work needed and cost for same. Very professional and credible. Noah was determining factor in my selection of this company to perform work.
Crew that installed WaterGuard Sub-Floor Drainage & Triple Safe twin liner with Ultra Sump battery back-up pumping system [T, Evan & Travis] were on time, friendly, courteous and professional. Hard workers. No messing around. Provided protective film around all work area to limit spread of dirt and dust, including on stairway and entryway. Cleaned up area when done. Crew that installed EverLast Wall Restoration [Jon L & Matt] were also great. Hard workers, never let up. They also put up protective film to secure spread of dirt and dust. Both teams kept me informed throughout process. All individuals were just nice.
Both crews cleaned up work area. Impressed with work they did.
What made you choose our company:
I first obtained estimate for work from Foundation Systems of Michigan. The person that estimated job told me I had to remove drywall and repair it when they finished interior perimeter work. I told him I was not in a position to do that. I told Project manager from BasementFix that and he made it clear that they had crew to do that work and explained, in detail, how all work would be done, and it would only take two days to complete. To say I didn't believe that all the work required would be done in two days would be an understatement. Much to my surprise - all work was done in two days. The only delay on the first day of work was due to delay in arrival of Bldg. Inspector to approve work done. I highly recommend HomeSpec Basement Fix for this work. I was impressed.
