Elon and the crew, David, Matthew, Sean and Austin, were fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and very efficient in their work. Best sales and crew I ever dealt with.
Great - never had any issues in communication and they frequently kept me updated.
Very well organized and expedient.
Fabulous! Can't say enough great things about David, Matthew, Sean and Austin. The foreman was on it - when we can afford to have more things done like clean space etc, we would love to have the same crew back if possible.
Great - no complaints. They left it in fantastic shape.
What made you choose our company:
I felt Elon really made the process. We interviewed 3 other companies and Elon did the most thorough inspection. He took his time and made us feel really comfortable. If it wasn't for Elon's care we may have went with FSM. Elon was amazing! Also when our city required a sump pump because we are by a school, Elon reworked our budget providing options to help get us what we needed. I felt he was caring and really put in the extra time and effort treating us as if he would treat himself. We felt taken care of throughout the whole process. Very happy with everything and looking forward to reusing you guys in the future. Also, it is so nice knowing that our basement/foundation is protected, especially with all the heavy rains we have had!
