Sump Pump Discharge Placed in Grosse Pointe Woods

A Grosse Pointe Woods homeowner was aware that their basement had been waterproofed in the past but was unaware that the company they used had not fixed all of the problems. It wasn’t until the basement began leaking water again that this homeowner learned they needed help once again. This time, they called HomeSpec.

HomeSpec had one of their inspectors, Erik, go out to the house to investigate. The homeowner was informed that the basement did not have a sump pump, like the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System, or a sump pump drainage system. Erik recommended these solutions, as well as other waterproofing options, and the homeowner approved them. A crew, led by foreman Vernon, later came out to the home for installation. The homeowner now has a dry basement and an aesthetically pleasing yard!
