Finished Southfield, MI Basement Leaked Severely After Heavy Rains

Nothing is more stressful than finding water in your partially finished basement. That's what happened to these homeowners in Southfield, Michigan. After a few days of heavy rain, they discovered moisture in their basement. After removing a few wall panels, they found leaking cracks and rod holes, AND water seeping from the floor/wall joint.
