Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Sump Pump Replaced in Wet Smiths Creek, MI Basement

Saint Clair County is surrounded by water and residents often suffer from wet basements and crawl spaces. This Smiths Creek homeowner contacted HomeSpec to waterproof their basement and replace their old sump pump. The pump would often not work, allowing water to seep into the basement.  During an inspections, many leaking cracks and rod holes were discovered, as well as several signs of water damage. The homeowners wanted this problem properly taken care of, so HomeSpec installed a new waterproofing system. This included an interior drainage system, and a brand new sump pump.
