Drain Installed In Walk-Out Basement
The lowest level of the home is partially below-grade. Water would pool in front of the door and leak into the home, so a drain was installed outside too and connected to the rest of the drainage system.
Interior Drainage System
The French drain system was installed around the perimeter of the basement to collect water.
Basement Waterproofed
This system waterproofs the basement by collecting water trying to seep through the foundation and funneling it to the sump pump.
