HomeSpec installed a WaterGuard Below Floor Drain (also referred to as a French Drain) around the perimeter of the basement, and a brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump to collect water and funnel it away from the away – prevent leaks and flooding.
Old Sump Pump
The previous sump pump was old and not doing its job properly. It needed to be upgraded.

The basement was often wet, so the homeowner needed to lay down towels and turn on fans to dry it up.

This drainage system deposits into the sump pump, which then pumps the water far away from the home.
