The owners of a 1920s home realized the brick foundation was leaking in a corner. The water had caused damage to the walls, trim, and carpet, and the problem was getting worse. The homeowners were concerned not only about the damage but also about mold and air quality. He took measurements and notes of the damage and moisture to determine the best solutions for this home’s unique circumstances. Then, he discussed a repair plan with the homeowners.
