Warren, MI Concrete Leveling and Repair Prepares Home for Sale

An older homeowner in Warren, MI was able to get the help they needed thanks to their adult child. Together, they contacted HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair regarding their concrete issues. The homeowner was preparing to sell the house and wanted to ensure there would be no issues during inspections. It was important that they get the maximum property value. There were a couple of areas surrounding the home where concrete had sunk and cracked. These issues created steeper steps and tripping hazards. Together, they were able to raise the concrete slab the entire height of a brick, making the step less steep and less of a tripping hazard. The homeowner was happy with the final results!
