Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Livonia, MI Concrete Patio Leveled by HomeSpec

A homeowner in Livonia, MI reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair in regards to their patio. The concrete patio was sinking and needed to be leveled. The biggest concern was the increased step in front of the door. HomeSpec sent one of their project managers out to provide a free inspection. While at the home, the project manager recorded measurements and notes in order to provide the most accurate information. They then spoke with the homeowner to provide a repair plan for the patio. This combination would lift the slabs to the same level and protect the joints from the elements. The homeowner agreed to this plan and later had a crew, led by a foreman named Fred, see the project completed.
