Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Plymouth, MI Patio Leveled to Prevent Water Flow into Basement

A Plymouth, MI resident was plagued with water leaking into their basement because the concrete patio above was sloping and sinking. As the concrete slab leaned further towards the home, it led to water sitting against the foundation. The homeowner wanted to fix the water leaking into the basement and have a level patio to walk on. They contacted HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair for a free inspection and estimate.
