Concrete Repair Photo Album: Sinking and Cracking Driveway Lifted and Sealed in Taylor, MI
A couple in Taylor, MI witnessed the cracks in their driveway worsen over time. This past winter, they realized it was more difficult to use a snowblower because of these cracks. Once the snow melted away, they worried that someone might trip on the uneven concrete. The homeowners did not like the way their driveway looked and wanted to fix the concrete in case they decided to sell the house later in the future. So, they called HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair for a free estimate.
One of HomeSpec’s project managers went out to the home and inspected the concrete on the property. They were then able to build a repair plan for the homeowners. They explained that the concrete could be lifted using PolyLevel® Injection Foam and the cracks would be repaired using NexusPro sealant. Finally, the last step would be to apply SealantPro to the driveway to prevent water, oil, and gasoline from penetrating through. The homeowners approved this repair plan and the work was later completed by teams led by Domonique and Brian. The couple was very happy with their revived driveway!

Concrete Lifting Makes Driveway Level Again
