Concrete Repair Photo Album: Water Pooling in Driveway Threatens Foundation in Sterling Heights, MI

A concerned homeowner in Sterling Heights, MI reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair regarding water pooling in their driveway. The concrete was cracked and sinking which caused water to gather in the unlevel areas. The homeowner was concerned that the water pooling around the house could cause potential foundation issues. There was already a crack in the basement from an unknown source and they wanted to prevent it from becoming a bigger issue. Then, they collaborated with the homeowner on a repair plan. This combination of products would level the driveway, direct the water away from the foundation, and prevent sinking in the future. The homeowner agreed to this repair plan and it was seen to completion by HomeSpec’s team led by PolyLevel foreman, Domonique. They were happy with the final result!
