Challenge
The crawl space was wet and creating a musty smell that was spreading thoughout the home.
Solution
HomeSpec encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, sump pump, and dehumidifier. This controls the moisture in the air, prevents water vapor from entering, and prevents standing water from causing problems like mold or rot.
