Akron, Mi Sagging Floors Support with Proper Crawl Space Support Jacks

 

Our project manager Jesse met with the homeowner to perform an up-to-date inspection of the situation. Sitting down to discuss the homeowners concerns and history of the problem itself, Jesse would then investigate to understand the causes, and learn the best possible solution. However, it was discovered that the dirt crawl space only had a foot of height in access, making the process particularly difficult, but not impossible. We determined that the main beam had rotted away, and that the beams were previously held up with a makeshift stack of bricks. The bricks had deteriorated over the years and were never a reliable solution to begin with.

 

With the new beam and support system in place, our team would reinstall the flooring and carpeting and ensure a thorough cleanup so that the workspace was cleaner than when they originally arrived. The homeowner was astounded at how everything felt almost new but looked as though the floors were never removed to begin with. A newly balanced home with proper floor supports in place to ensure a permanent solution that can be adjusted as needed.
