Encapsulation has many benefits. With a clean crawl space, it can be used for storage without fear of water or pest damage. It will also prevent the pipes from freezing or the floors above from being too cold during the winter.

The walls and floor were sealed off with a vapor barrier. This prevents infiltration from water, moisture and humidity - ultimately preventing mold, mildew, and musty smells.

The crew used our SilverGlo Insulation to seal all air leaks in order to fully insulate the crawl space.
