Jonathon in Port Huron, Michigan contacted HomeSpec to have his wet and musty crawl space encapsulated. After doing that, we also installed a brand new entry well to the crawl space to ensure that it will have an airtight seal.
The Turtl Access Well locks and seals tight to keep out moisture, pests and debris. With being made from inorganic materials, Jonathon won't have to worry about it being damaged from mold or rot either!
The new well was definitely an upgrade from the old, weathered and almost non-existant acess well. Jonathon was very happy with the entire process, and thanked the crew for working so hard!

The old entry had no door to prevent water intrusion. It also allowed in pests and debris, making the crawl space even dirtier and wetter as time went on.
