These homeowners in Ypsilanti, Michigan were suffering from issues in their crawl space – moisture and sagging floors.
To address the sagging floors above the crawl space, SmartJack Support Posts were installed to lift and level the floors and stabilize the support. The homeowner also wanted the damaged concrete walls around the furnace rebuilt as well.
To address the moisture issues, a SmartSump Sump Pump was installed to lure water away from the home. Finally, the crawl space was encapsulated and sealed with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.
