Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Damp, Dirty Crawl Space in Ann Arbor, MI Insulated and Waterproofed
This Ann Arbor, MI crawl space was able to be repaired thanks to The Community Action Network in Ann Arbor. Their representative coordinated with HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair’s senior project manager, Erik, to develop a plan to insulate and waterproof the crawl space. Together, they discussed that the best way to accomplish this would be to install SilverGlo™ insulation, CleanSpace® encapsulation, install SmartPipe™ perimeter drainage pipe, and connect it to a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump System.
These products would collect any water that entered the crawl space and pump it away while also keeping the area warmer and drier. Going a step further, they would install a rain garden where the water would be discharged. This was the agreed-upon repair plan that was carried out by a team led by Foreman Jon. The completed work would be worthy of the new family moving in.

Crawl Space Sump Pump and Drainage Installed in Ann Arbor, MI
HomeSpec also installed a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump System and SmartPipe™ perimeter drainage pipe to carry any intruding water out of the crawl space and into the rain garden in the yard.
