Scott A. in Waterford, Michigan contacted HomeSpec because the foundation of his attached garage was sinking and causing severe cracks in the walls. The cracks/sinking was so bad that you could see right through the cracks to the other side of the wall. He wanted this repaired, as well as some concrete slabs leveled.
Foreman Ryan Loop as his crew installed Helical Piers under the garage to stabilize the foundation and prevent it from further settlement. They lifted the foundation back to its original position, then the cracks were permanently sealed by Ryan Bonacorsi.
Foreman Devin Parker used the PolyLevel method to repair the sinking concrete slabs around Scott's home. They injected the polyurethane foam under the slabs, and as it expanded, the slabs were lifted into place. It was a quick and easy installation that is less-abrasive and more cost-effective than other concrete repair methods.
