This past customer of HomeSpec contacted us again after they removed drywall from their basement and noticed severe cracking and water seepage in their block wall foundation.
In the past, we had done some foundation repair and waterproofing work in this basement in other areas. But the new homeowners were doing some work in the basement recently, and discovered the cracks and water damage behind some drywall. Foreman Ryan Loop braced and stabilized the wall with Carbon Fiber Straps, and sealed the cracks in the mortar to stop the water seepage.
