Project Manager: Mark Buhr
Foreman: Ryan Loop & Jerry Blevins
Problem: HomeSpec has already repaired some bowing and cracked walls in this Saint Clair Shores, Michigan home in 2020. Recently the homeowner, Stephanie, and her dad, Dave, decided to pull off the paneling on the other walls in the basement when they found even more bowing, even more cracks and even more water damage.
Solution: Our crew, lead by foreman Ryan Loop and Jerry Blevins, went back out to repair this basement. They braced and stabilized the walls with PowerBraces and Carbon Fiber Straps. A WaterGuard Drainage System was installed to waterproof the basement, and BrightWall Vapor Barrier Panels were installed over the walls to block moisture and drain water into the drainage system.
