Foundation Repair Photo Album: Bowing and Cracked Foundation Walls Repaired in Beverly Hills, MI
Project Manger: Keith Brown
Foreman: Vernon Bryan
Service Technician: Blake Dushefski
These homeowners in Beverly Hills, Michigan contacted the professionals at HomeSpec because they wanted to repair their foundation walls – one wall was bowing inward and cracked horizontally through the middle, while another corner of the basement walls were badly damaged and bulging out.
Project manager Keith Brown provided an inspection to determine was the issue was, what was causing it, and how to reverse the problems to give the homeowners peace of mind. After developing a custom solution and getting approval from the homeowners, the crew got to work.
Foreman Vernon Bryan and his crew first repaired the damaged, bulging and cracked walls in the corner behind the sump pump. For the bowing wall, they installed the PowerBrace Wall Repair System. This stabilizes the wall and even straightens it back to its original position. This is a permanent fix, but does not disrupt the basement environment much with its quick and easy install.
Now that the foundation walls are stabilized and the cracks are all sealed, the homeowners can rest easy knowing their home is safe again!
