Foundation Repair Photo Album: Floor Support in Linden, MI Protects Drywall

A Linden, MI house built in 2016 had its first homeowners in 2017. The family began noticing cracks in the drywall on the main floor of the home. They had repaired the drywall only for it to crack again as time went on. The family realized this was a symptom of another problem and wanted to get to the root so they did not have to keep fixing the same drywall. With the floor stabilized, the walls would no longer shift and the drywall would no longer crack. The homeowners accepted this plan and scheduled HomeSpec’s crew to install the work.
