A Dearborn, MI resident moved into their home 30 years ago. This homeowner intends to leave the house to their daughters and plans to remodel and refresh everything. The first step would be to lift the concrete using PolyLevel® Injection Foam. The second step would be to seal the joints and any cracks by using NexusPro sealant. The end result would be leveled, sealed concrete, and a clean aesthetic. The homeowner agreed to this plan and worked out a schedule for the HomeSpec foreman and crew to complete the project.

A homeowner in Lake Orion, MI was preparing to sell their home when an inspector for the interested party discovered mold and moisture in the crawl space. The current homeowner wanted to ensure this was addressed so the sale could proceed. This Melvindale homeowner did not have that - sometimes her sump pump wouldn't work at all. This made her constantly worry, until she finally contacted HomeSpec.
