Walls bowing inward in a basement are a cause for alarm for any responsible homeowner. This particular homeowner in Peck, Mi knew the consequences of leaving them unattended, a previous home they live din had developed cracks over time from bowing walls that began letting water in, the basement flooding was becoming a regular nightmare for them. It was part of the reason that they moved in the first place. A family in MontRose, Mi found themselves in need of proper concrete leveling services in the area, when they grew irritated with the tripping hazard that was a sunken concrete slab in their driveway.Our crew solved this problem with an injection of powerful polyurethane foam below the slab that would lift it back into place as the foam expanded and settled. A family in Montrose, Mi was receiving complaints from their neighbors about their sunken front porch, and they were also growing upset as the porch continued to sink in through one side. These homeowners in Silverwood, Michigan contacted HomeSpec because their foundation wall was in bad shape. This homeowner often hosted summer parties in his backyard for friends, family and neighbors. Concrete lifting needs can often go unnoticed until someone finally trips or worse. This problem tends to ensure it gets noticed eventually, and these new parents in Applegate, Mi wanted to not take any risks whatsoever with their driveway and sidewalk having shifted slabs.                           Our crew would realign the sunken concrete with injections of our PolyLevel system, before sealing any spreading cracks and spaced-apart joints with our NexusPro solution, proven to be both waterproof and uv-resistant to ensure a long-lasting and reliable seal. A homeowner in Applegate, Mi discovered their bowing walls had developed large leaking cracks along the surface. This commercial property in Clifford, Mi had two different areas where slabs were settling in their chip bay, creating an unsafe environment. Settled slabs can create more cracks, fractures, and general tripping hazards if left unattended. This is often caused by the voids left by the shifting and settling of soil over time, meaning the concrete above would settle, creating a hazardous surface.   Project Manager AJ's inspection would lead him to discover that the slab itself and some of the surrounding shifted concrete had begun to crack and spread by this point. There were two basic needs here, concrete leveling to get the slabs back to level for the foreseeable future, and concrete crack repair to address the problem before it continued to spread. The combination solution set of PolyLevel and NexusPro crack repair would be implemented by our crew to directly resolve the issues as quickly as possible. PolyLevel lifts and levels concrete slabs with powerful polyurethane foam. Basically, pea-sized holes are drilled into the slab and the foam is injected to fill the void underneath.
