Job review from Joyce in Detroit, MI 48219 on 08/23/21

Mr. Kingsley (project manager) spent time with me and my son showing video of what was needed to resolve issue of water coming into my basement. Also, showed me areas in my basement that needed urgent attention. He was available by cellphone when I had a question. He did not rush me into making a decision. I felt comfortable in knowing that I could call him anytime I had a question.

Representatives were always available and if they could not give an appropriate response they would align me with someone who had the answer.

The city inspector was satisfied with the work done by Mr. Jon Davis and Team. This team was very polite and protected the surroundings to my home. They were timely and thorough. Jon explained the treatment plan for my leaking basement and the final outcome looks great!

Boy! I'm glad they were all healthy and physically equipped for the job at hand. They worked very hard those 2 days and the weather was HOT and HUMID!

I think the best part of this job is when Mr. Marshall Humphrey came out the following Monday to reconnect my dryer and sink. He moved my counter back to the wall and reinforced education on sanidry air system. There was no way I could have moved that stuff back into place and my son had to work. Thanks Marshall you were the icing to the cake!
