Sinking Ypsilanti, MI Patio Leveled to Stop Puddles

A homeowner in Ypsilanti, MI noticed that the patio in their backyard had been sinking in recent years. This sunken concrete caused puddles to form and made it difficult to utilize the space. The owner reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair to see if they could with their patio. They also asked that the company take a look at the cracks in their foundation which were allowing water to seep inside.

One of HomeSpec’s senior project managers, David, went out to the home and took a detailed account of both the inside and outside. After taking measurements and notes, he returned to the homeowner to discuss the best solutions. For the patio, David recommended using PolyLevel® Injection Foam to lift the concrete back to a level position and then repair the cracks using NexusPro sealant. Finally, the patio would receive SealantPro to protect the concrete from the elements. The homeowner agreed to this plan and scheduled a time for the work to be completed. One of the PolyLevel foremen, Domonique, led a team in the installation of these products. The homeowner was happy with their work and the improvements to their patio.
