We installed an interior drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Because the space was large, two sump pumps were used for this project. They were placed at opposite corners of the basement. A battery backup was also added to one of the pumps, ensuring that if the pump ever failed due to an electrical reason, the basement is still protected.

He wanted a cost-effective but long-lasting method to fix it. Thankfully, HomeSpec had just what he needed. The PolyLevel system is the newest method for repairing concrete. PolyLevel uses a high-density polyurethane foam to raise and level concrete slabs. It's injected under the concrete and as it expands, the concrete is raised. The material is stable and doesn't react with the soil, or get washed away. Once the cracked are filled, the concrete looks as good as new!
