The sump pump would be connected to a new sump discharge and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure all collected moisture was properly dispersed away from the home. Finally, Elon suggested installing CleanSpace®, a mold-resistant vapor barrier, along the basement walls.   The homeowners agreed to move forward with all of these suggestions and ensure their home was thoroughly waterproofed. A foreman named Vernon led a team in the process of installing the interior drainage system, sump pump, external discharge line, dehumidifier, and vapor barrier.
